An ethical, sustainable and profitable business model for those wishing to enhance their journey of helping humans with horses.
Horses are adept at teaching skills such as self-regulation, empathy, clear communication, impulse control, boundaries and confidence. Evolution Program educates facilitators on how to adjust lessons to suit the needs of their clients regardless of age, ability or neurodiversity.
Bring your eventers, rescues, barrel racers, retirees and pasture puffs. The only barrier to participation in this program is safety. Competitive horses enjoy the novelty of groundwork and connection. Unsound horses can have meaningful, valued jobs that do not include riding. Seniors can retire with purpose.
Lessons are varied and crafted to suit different energy levels and abilities. Facilitators are trained to adjust lessons according to the specific needs of their client that day. This allows clients to have successful, positive lessons each time they visit.
The learning goals of Evolution Program are clearly within the scope of funding sources such as Jordan's Principle, SSAH, Passport Funding, Victim Services and Child Protection agencies.
Using a horse-first approach, clients learn empathy, patience and connection by putting the welfare of the horses first. Unlike traditional riding programs, there is no need to use force or intimidation to work with horses. They are seen as partners and friends.
Other EAL courses are based on short-term programming, often ending after 6 or 12 weeks. Evolution Program offers numerous life skill lessons. Because every horse is different, lessons can be repeated with very different results and teachings. Clients remain engaged and excited to keep attending, some for years.
If you have a basic knowledge of horses and want to help humans, this may be the program for you. Evolution Program was created for those who want to work with horses ethically to enhance human lives, but also make a living doing it. This program is especially ideal for those already working in human services.
Evolution Program has been proven to enhance the skill development and function of many clients, including (but not limited to) those living with:

One of best outcomes of the program is the sense of individuality and identity being a "horse person" brings to clients who could otherwise struggle with their place in the world.
